Desktop Support Analyst en Mexicali

Experience/Education Required/Sought:
2-3 years in a Desktop Support/LAN analyst role
MCP, MCSE, or CNE certification will definitely be an asset
Extensive Intel hardware and system software knowledge
Windows 3.1, 95, 98, NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 expertise (installation and debug)
Familiar with various network protocols (IPX and TCP/IP)
Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Responsibilities are:
Provide day to day support of all workstations (desktop/laptop)
Provide second level support to clients.
Maintain and provide metrics to management monthly.
Participate in special projects as required.
Provide backup to co-workers as required.
Install new or enhanced applications and/or hardware; assist in the installation of servers as required.
Maintain records including statistical reports, inventories, technical documentation User id’s and the like. Provide basic training to clients in one-on-one sessions and assist them in resolving operational problems.
